RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refund or exchange for change of mind or wrong size or any items personalised, due to the custom made nature of product.

While all care is taken to send you the perfect product, if you product arrives faulty please let us know as soon as it arrives (within 7 days). Please email us photos to hello@lushbaby.com.au

After receiving your email with photos and information provided, if there is a fault than we will issue you with an authorisation to return the item.

(Please do not send an item back without an authorisation)

If we receive the item and there is nothing wrong with it or the fault is found to have been caused by misuse by the customer (including but not limited to washing incorrectly and used in a manner it was not made for), it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the postage to return the product to them.

In a rare instance if item is found faulty, we will offer one of the below remedies

For any minor faults a repair will be offered. 

For any major faults a replacement will be offered.

Depending on the circumstances a refund (less postage costs) may be offered.

IMPORTANT NOTE

We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible; however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on the web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.
