POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer Australia-wide postage through Australia Post.

FLAT RATE Regular post of $9.95 or FREE shipping for orders over $150.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ORDER PROCESSING LEAD TIMES: 

Allow up to 14 business days for your order to be posted out.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once we have packed and posted your order to you. 

In a rare instance for any reason, if we are unable to dispatch your order or your item is not in stock, we will inform you via email within 48 hours of your order to make alternative arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

We offer world wide shipping to most countries with tracking.

Shipping costs ae calculated at checkout, if your country isnt listed please ask us for a quote.

All international orders will be shipped with tracking via Australia Post and then passed onto the countries local postal service. 

Allow up to 14 business days for your order to shipped out.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. 

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. 

The prices on our online store DO NOT include any relevant overseas duties (including import GST/VAT), clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur. Please refer to your local customs and import authorities about what these additional charges may be.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable ‘merchandise’. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a ‘gift’, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

The buyer or receiver is responsible for paying the customs duties on receipt of the package.

Lush Baby is not to be held responsible for late deliveries, loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Lush Baby endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate.

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct. We cannot be held liable for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details

Customers understand that if the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.

If you do not collect your parcel within the allocated time or provided us a wrong postal address and it is returned to us, another postage charge will be issued to you to resend this parcel.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, floods, bushfires, train derailments, natural disasters etc.).

Lush Baby does not accept responsibility for your parcel if no one is available upon delivery at your nominated delivery address. We cannot guarantee against stolen or damaged goods once they have been dispatched from us and will not replace lost or damaged items after they have been delivered
